hey everyone! this new ep of mine, "There's Always Another Year", is what i'm considering my first big musical "release", so i really hope you enjoy it as much as i do. on this ep, i really wanted to play around with the idea of motifs from song to song, and you can hear them from track to track with it eventually becoming the most obvious on the final track. i promise this is not an attempt to get away with making the same song over and over again. rather, there was an intentional effort to make this ep one cohesive piece from start to finish. the reason i did this was because i wanted the ep to be a musical representation and time capsule of the last year that i have had, which was pretty awful to put it bluntly. making this has been a great way to express myself and make myself happier during this rough period, so i really hope you like a song or two (or all of them)!
